Day 1 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

1. Mental fog lifting. There’s mental clarity immediately felt but not on any specific item. (More in general as an overview, mind felt less cluttered if you will)
2. ADD —attention deficit which for me being high energy and mind always racing I felt it forced my mind to a single track focus. I feel a high mental energy fighting the focus but the tune is calming enough that I felt safe to allow it to align/almost focus me. Like putting a train on the train tracks, is the best explanation. Where you out to be feeling.
3. ‘Heard’ negative thoughts of giving up hope arise (if course since quitting my job it’s natural for these to arise) but I also felt an opposite positive voice telling me to not worry, stay focused all will be okay.
4. A sense of safety is felt, comfort. For me, almost as if escape into the midst of stars.
5. Off and on I felt dizzy but more so as if my mind is adjusting but not sure to what exactly yet. Doesn’t feel bad, just safe yet different.
First feelings so please forgive the unique expressions but giving honest feedback on the difference I felt.

Day 2 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

1. A sense to expand, grow, mature. A sense of no longer wanting to be limited. Also a sense of needing to set new goals in life but to accomplish something that is emotionally fulfilling
2. Several past painful memories floated up from the whole bad work experience over the past three years struggling with my sadistic ex-boss. (Not sure if these need to be worked through and why it got triggered hard again)
3. Unfortunately not much uplifting today, it seems I’m in a severe depression mode so hopefully something more positive tomorrow. (Currently I have one good day and one bad day)
4. Accepting I have failed, and so now what??! is the last thought I’m left with in my mind as the last track ended. (Painful realization but it is what it is currently)
5. I will say, I am asking myself ‘why are you letting him win? Why are you letting him get to you? So it’s a plus that some very crucial questions are rising that are forcing me to look at my beliefs. (THIS may become a source of strength)
I’m going to go for a long drive into the night and clear my head/thinking a bit. My boss and what he did to me has recently taken a huge emotional and mental toll so hopefully these tracks will make me stronger as I test and proceed further.

Day 3 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

1. A sense of calm today. Feeling a bit of self confidence is re-rising again.
2. Less hyper, less anxiety, less depression at the moment from yesterday but in comparison from day 1, status quo (Meaning I’m not locked in the low vibrations for too long but when I bounce back it’s not like I’m ecstatically happy, I’m just at my normal flatline level and I believe slowly THAT will become my bottom then highs will be possible.
3. Felt ‘dizzy’ mentally. Feels like something in my mind is shifting sort of back and forth in a gentle movement to free something bad and release it. Not sure what that feeling was but doesn’t feel medical and doesn’t feel bad.
4. No physical changes either positive or negative yet. I assume as the internal aligns or improves more, the external will automatically and slowly reflect some changes as well, so I’m watching for both (internal and external).

Holy mother of!!!!!!

Abi!!! It’s 2.32am here right now. After quiting my job I’ve been in depression because I felt my boss treated me so unfairly and unjustly. Remember that back and forth as if something is about to release? The back and forth rocking released the KEY info!!! There goes a huge chunk of my depression!!!

Day 4 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

Morning realization that my make up is such that I live in the midst of an extremely emotional inner world. It’s the center that I function through. While this allows me to feel richly it also causes intense pain when unjust/ unfairness is noted. It also clouds my intelligence and logic and thus does me a huge disservice. Failure to articulate logically and intellectually in times of utter need due to being over emotional and sensitive is a huge hindrance.
1. Thoughts coming through on how to separate a bit from this inner world as mentioned above or is it meant to stay and I just need to navigate, direct and utilize it to my benefit some how? Will contemplate this more.
2. Lots of epiphanies it seems to be rising between yesterday and today and still clear minded
3. Anxiety feeling as I listen right now but more so a feeling of excitement!!! I don’t know what this is yet but I’m loving it!!
4. Not much else but it seems typically a few hours later some new thought or epiphany arrives. Let’s see what pops up between now and tomorrow (why I chose this format because you may see a trend or improvement I may miss  so this brings in fairness into this process and data collection)
5. Emotions balanced today. This will be trend worth noting if it continues in this upward trajectory!!!!
6. No outside physically changes noticed yet but again I think that will be secondary and coming once the inner is a bit more stronger.

Day 5 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

1. Shorter time in depression.
2. Day spent mostly being happy, positively distracted, thoughts of growth, forward movement, love and joy.
3. Feeling lighter.
4. Sense of continued stability, an upward feeling/sensation.
5. Mental clarity continues.
6. A deeper recognition today: NO ONE but ‘I’ am responsible for my happiness. If I attach to others and other things outside of me to make me happy then the temporary nature of it will now only crash me when it’s taken away BUT I’m clearly giving my power away!!! (Have to ponder this more deeply).

I am now feeling and seeing a difference. It’s easier to notice because the proof is in how my energy is shifting from being depressed 24/7 after leaving a good paying job, doubting my abilities and thinking I’ve ruined everything and failed in life, failed myself and my family. A very dark dark place to now feeling as if life is seeping back in!!!

The dark clouds are lighter each day and without effort it’s as if I’m being moved towards a more positive, lighter and happier me. It’s hard to describe but I’m not seeing it hold at the higher levels and I can sense and feel the tiniest bit of changes!!

Day 6 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

Last night I felt the need to take full accountability and responsibility for MY life!
1. I am responsible for my life, my happiness, my choices, my actions, my emotions, my reactions etc!!!
This afternoon it finally dawned on me!! I can see CLEARLY now!!!
Going through the hell that my boss put me in for the past three years was a blessing!!!
You might ask how?? Am I losing it? Am I making excuses? NO!
2. I now know and am open to finally allow a great partner to enter my life and I now KNOW what type of character to fall in love with!!! (See, as a kid I fell in love with faces, with, convenience etc but never did I make character the front runner. Meaning I compromised and often disregarded shitty character as we are not all perfect. True BUT the major characters that I need/want in a man I can now choose a life partner from that perspective).
3. I now know I definitely want to do something that is emotionally fulfillIng and I don’t have to accept/ nor take less money.
4. I want to build a home with my new partner once he arrives but I’m NOT attached.
5. I looked at attachment last night too. Attachment causes us pain. I am working on loving myself, not being attached and everything that enters my life from here on out is merely to embellish, enhance or supplement my life.
Abi— it’s MY life, lived from MY perspective so others merely play a supporting role (not in a bad way) so I shouldn’t give them full control over me, my life or my joy. Those are MY responsibilities.

1. Continued happiness and even lesser depression state.
2. Actively watching thoughts and self encouraged to re-direct myself by continually taking responsibility for my life.

4. A sense of inspiration to be and do better in general is rising strongly.
5. Haven’t noticed anything physical yet but I’m naturally an emotional and logical minded person so changes there are more noticeable for me.

Day 8 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

1. I was motivated and in such an intense creativity inspiration spirit, that I got up today and re-designed my dads room.
2. Started but will finish converting my office to a library with a desk for office needs, tomorrow.
3. Continually and consciously caught and took responsibility when my old complaints and pains arose (this is getting better, I hear less negative thoughts but still a work in progress).
4. Sustained mental clarity.
5. a simple trick that continues to help me every time I see myself swept away in negative or bad thoughts or even gone as far as sadness or depression I immediately tell myself take responsibility.
Meaning, I am responsible for these thoughts and feelings. I have no control over what others did nor the need to be set right but I tell myself I’m responsible for either keeping myself down or shift my focus to something neutral or pleasant.
More observation of self, mental workings and continued love for life slowly but steadily seeping in.
I had another epiphany last night but I forget currently…

Day 9 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

Inspiration continues…
1. I reorganized and redecorated and transformed my old office into a library / mini office.
2. I’m feeling upbeat.
3. I’m feeling much much better each day.
4. I feel refreshed, re-energized with a new outlook on life, I want to build, expand and no longer allow anyone or anything take my peace away ever again!!
5. Feeling elated.
An ex-coworker contacted me today which made me happy!
Overall still a much better day and each day has gotten better and better only for me…

Day 10 RECHARGE HEALTH Review

I have only one thing to report!
I’m going on a last minute setup date this weekend with a wonderful sweet emotionally balanced and stabled man.
Not sure if it will go far BUT it’s a first step to getting out of my usual rut.
